Job summary

CEVA Logistics seeks a Project Manager for the Zero-Defect Start-Up team in Erskine Park NSW. You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary projects across CEVA’s Pacific operations, coordinating across divisions, IT, finance, HR, and procurement to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will apply CEVA’s ZDS/CPM methodologies, manage plans, risks and budgets, and drive smooth onboarding, go-live, and post-implementation reviews across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (logistics, engineering, business, PM).
• Experience managing projects in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
• Experience delivering multi-disciplinary projects with cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and suppliers.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of logistics and warehouse operations and process flows.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, budgets, and schedules.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and reporting abilities.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex projects across CEVA’s Pacific business, up to four concurrent projects.
• Apply CEVA’s ZDS/CPM methodologies for governance, planning, and delivery.
• Develop and coordinate project plans: scope, timelines, risks, budgets, milestones.
• Deliver new customer implementations across CEVA divisions, incl. onboarding, design, and go-live.
• Coordinate deployment, site readiness, and go-live activities for smooth start-up.
• Support ongoing client implementations and scope changes across networks.
• Lead IT/systems projects including WMS integrations and data interfaces.
• Coordinate site builds, startups, and migrations (greenfield/brownfield).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery across workstreams.
• Engage with procurement/ops on equipment specs and capital deployment.
• Maintain project budgets aligned with contracts and governance.
• Support formal project closure and lessons learned.
