Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role in transport planning or logistics management.
• Proficiency in using transport management software, SAP or Blue Yonder experience is advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with a diverse team and clientele.
• Strong data entry skills and experience in managing and analyzing large datasets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling deliveries and pickups.
• Developing and maintaining driver rosters ensuring compliance with working hours and policies.
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transport operations.
• Enter, process, and analyze transport data to track performance and suggest improvements.
• Utilize and maintain SAP or Blue Yonder systems to manage transport operations effectively.
• Perform general administration tasks as needed.
• Assist in developing strategic plans for transport efficiency.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion in operations and communications.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and team initiatives.
