Job summary

Inside Lvmh in Sydney is seeking a motivated Logistics Intern to support day-to-day vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and boutique operations across Australia and New Zealand. This is a paid, entry-level role designed for hands-on learning in a fast-paced retail logistics environment.

You will collaborate with the Assistant Manager, Logistics to monitor inbound/outbound shipments, support reporting, and help maintain stock accuracy while gaining practical exposure to WMS and logistics

Qualifications

• Currently studying towards a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong foundational understanding of logistics principles and supply chain management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail, consistent, reliable and accountable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to learn and implement AI tools and automation solutions using Power Automate.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist as a point of contact for third-party reverse logistics vendor, helping to monitor adherence to SLAs and performance metrics.
• Support the monitoring of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, reticketing, and dispatch records.
• Assist in collaborating with the vendor to monitor progress, ensure deadlines are respected, and support the resolution of operational issues.
• Help collate data for regular performance reviews and audits of warehouse operations.
• Assist in tracking end-to-end logistics processes, from inbound shipments to boutique deliveries and outbound re-exports.
• Support the optimisation of transportation routes and methods to minimise costs and transit times.
