Job summary

Waste Clear is seeking a capable and motivated Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Wetherill Park. This is a hands-on role coordinating customer enquiries, daily service issues and operational requirements within a fast moving waste and logistics business.

You will work closely with drivers, the operations team, accounts staff and customers to solve problems, coordinate services and ensure each day runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating customer requests and daily service requirements
• Communicating with drivers and the operations team regarding collections, access issues and service changes
• Investigating missed services, customer concerns and operational issues
• Reviewing driver photos, service records and GPS information to resolve customer enquiries
• Handling inbound calls and emails professionally and providing timely updates
• Arranging additional collections, bin deliveries, exchanges and service changes
• Preparing quotations and assisting customers with new service enquiries
• Maintaining accurate customer, service and site information within our systems
• Assisting with invoicing, accounts receivable and customer payment follow ups
• Completing data entry, reporting and general office administration
• Working across departments to ensure reliable and efficient service delivery
• Identifying opportunities to improve operational processes and the customer experience
