Job summary

Hickory Group seeks an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee all logistics operations for a landmark data centre project in Tarneit. You will plan, coordinate and manage movement of materials, equipment and labour across the construction site, partnering with the Site Manager, subcontractors and the external head contractor.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar on large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of site logistics, materials handling and delivery coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders on fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project logistics strategy to support the construction programme.
• Plan and coordinate phased delivery schedules, site access routes and laydown areas.
• Coordinate delivery bookings and ensure site teams are prepared for incoming deliveries.
• Implement and manage vehicle movement plans, loading zones and traffic management controls.
• Monitor logistics performance through reporting, dashboards and KPI tracking.
