Strait Link in Melbourne is seeking a meticulous Data Entry Assistant to support fast-paced transport and logistics operations. You will work closely with drivers, depot teams and customers to keep freight information accurate and operations running smoothly.

The role focuses on entering and maintaining freight data, processing manifests and paperwork, providing admin support to transport and warehousing teams, and assisting with reporting and filing under WHS and CoR guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, coordination or data entry.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Accurately enter and maintain freight and operational data
• Process freight documentation, including manifests, consignment notes and delivery paperwork
• Provide administrative support to transport, warehouse and fleet teams
• Respond to enquiries and liaise with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders
• Assist with reporting, compliance documentation and record management
• Support WHS, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and general depot administration activities
