Job summary

voestalpine Railway Systems Australia in Bathurst is seeking a Logistics Administrator to join our Supply Chain team. You will coordinate dispatch and freight movements, maintain logistics documentation, and support inventory control to ensure smooth material flow and on-time customer deliveries.

Ideal candidates have experience in manufacturing or warehousing, are proficient with Excel and ERP systems, and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accurate

Qualifications

• Experience in Stores, Warehouse, Logistics or Supply Chain operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems for reporting and scheduling.
• Experience coordinating domestic freight operations.
• Experience managing international logistics, imports and exports.
• Strong organizational, documentation and scheduling skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities, bookings and freight movements to meet delivery requirements.
• Maintain freight schedules and assist with urgent deliveries and issues.
• Coordinate domestic and international logistics, including import/export documentation.
• Monitor freight performance and costs, manage NCRs and variances.
• Provide day-to-day support to Stores, ensuring accurate inventory transactions and stock movements.
• Support stocktakes and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
• Prepare reports and track KPIs, contributing to process improvements.
