Base pay range

This is a standalone Logistics Coordinator role responsible for overseeing the movement, scheduling, and availability of a fleet of heavy machinery across multiple sites. You’ll manage day-to-day logistics while also coordinating the logistics of both preventative and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime. The role is office-based and relies heavily on in-house systems and Excel to keep fleet operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate transport and allocation of heavy machinery between sites
  • Manage logistics schedules using internal software and Excel
  • Plan and coordinate logistics for preventative and breakdown maintenance
  • Liaise with site teams and maintenance providers to align equipment availability
  • Track fleet movements, maintenance status, and resolve clashes or delays
  • Maintain accurate records, reporting, and fleet utilisation data
  • Act as the central point of contact for all fleet and maintenance logistics
What You’ll Bring
