The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and effective communication to keep the site running smoothly and to support year-to-year objectives.

Qualifications

• Dairy manufacturing knowledge and leadership experience.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and influence teams.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Support site operations under Production Lead guidance.
• Act as first point of contact for the team.
• Input incidents and hazards for safety and quality processes.
• Schedule staff and publish rosters.
• Enter data in SAP; operate forklift if required.
