Job summary

Bulla Dairy Foods, a 100% Australian owned dairy brand, is seeking an Area Coordinator - Logistics at the Colac site. You will support daily operations across Safety, Food Safety & Quality, and Waste, reporting to the Production Lead and coordinating SAP, Workforce Ready, and staffing needs.

This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional engagement, and the ability to manage rosters and shift entries. Forklift duties may be required to support site operations.

• Strong leadership to influence people and drive change.
• Ability to work cross functionally and engage across the business.
• Knowledge to apply company policies and regulatory procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support the effective operation of the site and departments by handling day-to-day issues.
• Be the first point of contact for the team.
• Input incidents and hazards and follow up on actions for safety.

• Ensure timely and clear communications to the Production Lead.
