Pace VIC Pty Ltd is urgently seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to join their Laverton North team on a casual basis, starting immediately. You will support the logistics team with ticket processing, dispatch paperwork, and coordinating collections while ensuring accurate SAP data entry.

The role requires prior administration experience in logistics or manufacturing, SAP familiarity, and a strong eye for detail.

Formación

• Experience in administration within logistics, warehousing or manufacturing environments.
• SAP experience highly regarded.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Confident communicator, able to liaise with drivers, carriers and internal teams.
• Available to start immediately. Australian working rights essential.

Responsabilidades

• Process and manage collection tickets and outbound dispatch paperwork.
• Coordinate customer collections and liaise with transport carriers and drivers.
• Enter data accurately and maintain records in SAP.
• Provide general logistics and administrative support across the team.
• Collaborate with the wider team to keep goods moving on time and to schedule.

About the role

This is a casual position working Monday to Friday, day shift. You will be supporting the logistics team with:

• Processing and managing collection tickets and outbound dispatch paperwork
• Coordinating customer collections and liaising with transport carriers and drivers
• Accurate data entry and maintenance of records within SAP
• General logistics and administrative support across the team
• Working closely with the wider team to keep goods moving on time and to schedule

About you

• Previous administration experience, ideally within a logistics, warehousing or manufacturing environment
• SAP experience highly regarded
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with drivers, carriers and internal teams
• Available to start immediately
• Australian working rights essential
