Job summary

Perigon Group is recruiting an Operations Administrator to join a leading global logistics organisation in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs on a short term temporary assignment. You will manage data entry and database records, perform reconciliations, and provide administrative support to Scheduling and Customer Service teams.

The role requires attention to detail, experience with multiple systems, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Previous admin or operations support experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Confident working across multiple systems and databases.
• Logistics, shipping or cargo experience highly regarded but not essential.
• Must have your own car and be available to start immediately.
