Sands Fridge Lines is seeking an experienced Logistics Administrator to join our Forrestfield depot.

This fast-paced role supports transport and warehousing administration, data entry, orders, stock levels, and freight documentation, delivering strong customer service in a busy logistics environment.

Work closely with admin, warehouse and transport teams; WA-owned family business with weekly pay and ongoing training opportunities.

• Previous administration experience within transport, logistics, warehousing, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supporting daily transport and warehousing administration functions. Data Entry, Debrief, Receivables, Scheduling
• Processing all incoming and outgoing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Managing customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintaining and monitoring stock levels and inventory records.
• Assisting with stock control activities and stocktakes as required.
• Preparing, checking, and compiling transport and freight documentation.

Sands Fridge Lines is seeking an experienced and motivated Logistics Administrator to join our team based at our Forrestfield Depot.

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role that sits at the heart of our warehousing and transport operations. Working closely with our administration, warehouse, and transport teams, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing customer orders, coordinating freight requirements, and ensuring the efficient flow of information across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Logistics Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting daily transport and warehousing administration functions. Data Entry, Debrief, Receivables, Scheduling
