Job summary

North West Queensland is seeking a reliable admin assistant to join the freight yard team. You will handle general administration and data entry, prepare freight paperwork and assist customers, drivers and depot staff. You’ll receive, check and sort freight and help maintain a safe, clean yard on site.

A forklift licence is beneficial but not required, with above award wages and opportunities to grow within the company. Must have a valid driver licence and be safety-focused.

Qualifications

• Driver licence is required.
• Must be reliable, safety-focused and physically capable.
• Forklift licence is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Admin duties and general administration and data entry.
• Prepare and process freight paperwork.
• Assist customers, drivers and depot staff.
