Qualifications

• Experience in administration, logistics, inventory or procurement.
• SAP or ERP experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and data-entry skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory records, stock reconciliations and reporting.
• Process customer returns, credits and stock adjustments.
• Raise and manage purchase orders.
• Maintain data accuracy across SAP and Excel.
• Support procurement and warehouse administration activities.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes.
