Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operational exception data, analyze root causes, and drive resolution to meet KPI targets.
• Regularly visit customers, assess needs, deepen relationships, and resolve issues to improve satisfaction.
• Analyze data to build lean models, drive cross‑department optimization, and improve efficiency.
• Track revenue achievement, identify underperformance, and implement remedial actions to grow revenue.
