JINGDONG Logistics (JD Logistics) is seeking a results-oriented professional to strengthen operational quality monitoring, client relationships, and process optimization within a fast-paced global logistics environment in Sydney. You will collaborate with operations, sales, and product teams to drive revenue growth and enhance service delivery.

Bring at least 3 years in logistics or related roles, strong CRM and business development skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in Chinese

Qualifications

3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, account management, customer success, or project management.
Strong customer relationship management and business development skills.
Excellent analytical and cross-functional coordination skills; able to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

Operational Quality Monitoring: monitor daily data, identify root causes and drive issue resolution to ensure KPI compliance.
Customer Relationship Maintenance: visit customers, assess needs, and deepen relationships to build trust.
Process Optimization: analyze data to build lean models and drive cross-departmental improvements and efficiency.
Opportunity Identification and Conversion: track revenue, identify needs, promote new business and drive growth.
Cross‑Departmental Coordination: align internal resources with operations, sales and product teams to standardize complex solutions.
