Qualifications

• Experience supervising residential construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of residential building practices and processes.
• Excellent subcontractor and trade management skills.
• Strong understanding of WHS and site compliance.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving.
• Hands-on, practical approach with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residential construction projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades on site.
• Manage construction schedules and milestones.
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure WHS requirements and site procedures are followed.
• Manage materials, deliveries and site resources.
• Identify and resolve construction issues as they arise.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, trades and internal team.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to specification.
