Job summary

Westpac Group in Smithton, TAS is hiring a Personal Banking Advisor for a 16-hour-per-week, part-time position at the Smithton Service Centre. You will greet customers, discuss needs, and provide tailored banking solutions both in-branch and by phone.

You will also refer clients to specialist teams as needed, supporting our community-focused banking approach and helping customers achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience in a customer-facing/phone-based role with targets.
• Resilience to remain calm and composed while handling challenging situations.
• Ability to work toward sales/referral targets and call customers.
• Numerical capability with cash handling and completing financial transactions.
• Energetic personality with a genuine passion for helping people.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new banking procedures and technologies.
