Job summary

Bouygues Construction Australia is seeking a Social Procurement Manager to develop and implement the Local Industry Capability Plan for WA projects. You will identify opportunities for WA and regional businesses to participate in procurement and ensure alignment with project commitments.

• Experience in social procurement and local industry participation.
• Experience developing plans, monitoring performance and reports.
• Understanding local participation principles and procurement practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and implement the Local Industry Capability Plan.
• Identify procurement packages and opportunities for WA and regional businesses.
• Work with project teams to integrate local participation into planning.
• Engage with local businesses, industry groups and stakeholders.
• Support suppliers to meet local participation commitments.
• Monitor participation, procurement outcomes and targets.
• Collect, verify and maintain participation data and records.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards and project updates.
• Identify risks or gaps and recommend actions.
• Promote transparent and accessible procurement processes.
• Attend project meetings and advise on local industry capability.
