Job summary

Shadforth is seeking Site Engineer and Project Engineer professionals to oversee civil construction projects across the Logan region. Join a leading civil contracting company with a strong pipeline of work and a focus on progression, mentorship and development.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will manage daily project activities, ensure safety and contractual compliance, and work with experienced leaders to advance your career within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site inspections and oversee onsite teams and subcontractors
• Manage construction planning, programming and completion schedules
• Procurement and allocation of necessary project resources
• Cost tracking and reporting to the Project Manager
• Quality Assurance documentation
• Contract Administration, including NODs/EOTs, notices, reporting and claims
• Work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard
