Shadforth in Brisbane is seeking experienced Multi-skilled Operators and Labourers for civil construction projects across Brisbane South and Logan. This long-term role offers opportunities to upskill with tickets and qualifications in a dynamic, safety-focused environment.

Join a leading civil construction team with generous leave arrangements, potential for ongoing permanent employment, overtime incentives, travel allowances, and paid development training.

Competenze

• Experience working in Civil Construction industry.
• Relevant and current tickets/licences.
• Own vehicle.
• Availability to work 6:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with potential Saturday work.

Mansioni

• Operate multi-skilled machinery and perform labour tasks on civil projects.
• Support site crew and assist with various subdivisions and major infrastructure works.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Need:

• Experience: Experience working in Civil Construction industry
• Tickets & Licences: Relevant and current.
• Transport: Your own vehicle.
