Westpac is seeking a Local Business Banker to serve Bayside & Peninsula and surrounding areas. The role focuses on building strong relationships with small business customers, delivering tailored lending solutions, and working with referral partners to grow Westpac’s local presence.

Based in Bayside & Peninsula, this full-time position offers onboarding through Westpac's Role Ready program and opportunities to engage with the local community while driving business growth.

Ready to make a real difference for local businesses?

As a Local Business Banker, you'll build strong relationships with small business customers across Bayside & Peninsula and the surrounding region, helping them achieve their goals through tailored Home Lending and Business Lending solutions. You'll work closely with referral partners and banking channels, identifying opportunities to grow your customer base while delivering an exceptional experience every step of the way.

You'll be based in Bayside & Peninsula and spend your time connecting with customers, building networks, and becoming a trusted partner within the local community. New starters will benefit from Westpac's Role Ready program, an accelerated onboarding experience designed to build confidence and capability from day one.

This is a full-time role based in Bayside & Peninsula.
