Westpac is seeking a Local Business Banker to support small business customers in the Chermside region. You’ll build trusted relationships, understand goals and deliver tailored banking solutions to help businesses grow with confidence.

The role is permanent and full-time, based in Chermside, within a collaborative team that puts customer outcomes first. You’ll engage with local business owners and contribute to Westpac’s mission of supporting Australian businesses.

As a Local Business Banker, you'll partner with small business customers across the Chermside region to understand their goals, challenges and ambitions. Through meaningful conversations and trusted relationships, you'll help customers access the banking solutions and support they need to grow with confidence.

This is a permanent, full-time role based in Chermside. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team where strong customer relationships are at the heart of what you do.
