Job summary

Westpac is seeking a Local Business Banker to build strong relationships with small business customers across Bayside & Peninsula, delivering tailored Home Lending and Business Lending solutions. You’ll work with referral partners to grow your customer base and provide exceptional service in the local community.

As a Local Business Banker, you'll build strong relationships with small business customers across Bayside & Peninsula and the surrounding region, helping them achieve their goals through tailored Home Lending and Business Lending solutions. You'll work closely with referral partners and banking channels, identifying opportunities to grow your customer base while delivering an exceptional experience every step of the way.

You'll be based in Bayside & Peninsula and spend your time connecting with customers, building networks, and becoming a trusted partner within the local community. New starters will benefit from Westpac's Role Ready program, an accelerated onboarding experience designed to build confidence and capability from day one.

This is a full-time role based in Bayside & Peninsula.
