Job summary

Endeavour Group's ALH Hotels is seeking a Local Area Marketing Manager - Campaigns to lead the campaign delivery team, translate venue marketing plans into local activity, and drive guest visitation across our pub network. You will balance central strategy with local autonomy, partner with Central Marketing and Local Area Partners, and implement standardised frameworks while enabling regional tweaks.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or traffic and production management.
• Deep end-to-end campaign delivery experience.
• Experience in multi-site, hospitality, or franchised business models is highly preferred.
• Understanding franchise and multi-site dynamics and balancing head-office and local autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and resource the campaign delivery team to ensure high-quality execution across planned and reactive venue campaigns.
• Manage resource allocation and workload distribution to meet SLAs across campaign delivery.
• Partner with Central Marketing and Local Area Marketing Partners to expand the Growth Playbook and standardised frameworks.
• Embed dynamic workflow platforms and templating tools to streamline partner briefing and shorten lead times.
• Oversee end-to-end campaign lifecycle—from brief creation to post-campaign analysis.
• Ensure compliance with ABAC, RSA, RSG, and gaming regulations across all collateral.
