Randstad is seeking a Portfolio Administration Specialist in Redfern, NSW, for a 9- to 12-month contract with a clear pathway to permanency for high performers. The role sits in Agency Operations within Business Banking, handling complex corporate lending portfolios and end-to-end transaction management.

The ideal candidate has LoanIQ proficiency, Big4 or major accounting firm experience in corporate lending, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• LoanIQ proficiency is required.
• Experience in corporate lending operations or portfolio management at a Big4 bank is preferred.
• Ability to proactively investigate discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a client-focused mindset.
• Meticulous attention to numbers and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage back-office loan administration and transaction processing for large corporate clients.
• Maintain proactive relationships with lenders, syndicate partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Investigate financial and operational discrepancies to reach timely resolutions.
• Communicate transaction updates clearly to lenders and stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and reporting quality in high-value lending workflows.
