Job summary

LifeHealthcare, part of the EBOS MedTech family, is seeking a hands-on Loan Kit Technician in Sydney’s Macquarie Park. You will prepare, pack and dispatch loan kits and instrument sets for patient procedures, ensure accuracy, and support timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll maintain instruments, record inventory movements in the ERP system, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in stock takes and on-call rosters to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of loan kit processes and inventory control.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack and dispatch loan kits and instrument sets for customer procedures.
• Receive, inspect, replenish and transact kits following surgical use.
• Ensure inventory movements are recorded within the ERP system.
• Maintain, clean and test surgical instruments and sets.
• Work closely with Managers, Customer Service, Supply Chain & hospital customers to meet surgical requirements.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with stock control activities.
• Complete daily activity logs and missing item reporting.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe and efficient warehouse environment.
• Participate in on-call and overtime rosters as required.
• Assist with annual stocktakes and cycle counts.

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Loan Kit Technician to join our Macquarie Park team. In this fast-paced role, you'll be responsible for preparing, maintaining and coordinating surgical loan kits and instrument sets to ensure they are delivered accurately and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

To be successful, you will have:

• Knowledge of loan kit processes and inventory controlExperience using ERP or inventory management systemsStrong organisational and time management skills
