Job summary

Securitas is seeking Casual - Corporate Security Officers in Melbourne to protect people and property at high-profile corporate sites. Successful candidates will deliver security with outstanding customer service while complying with SOPs.

Applicants should hold VIC Security Licence and current First Aid and CPR certifications, and demonstrate strong communication, discretion, and teamwork. This role offers flexible casual shifts across Hawthorn East, VIC.

Qualifications

• VIC Security License (current) is required.
• First Aid Certificate HLTAID011 and HLTAID010 and CPR HLTAID009 are required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems including Microsoft Office and visitor sign-in.
• High attention to detail and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide security services at corporate sites following SOPs.
• Deliver excellent customer service while representing Securitas’ values.
• Maintain a secure and welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
• Be a discreet, knowledgeable security presence on site.

About the Role

Due to rapid growth in the Australian market, Securitas has exciting opportunities forCasual - Corporate Security Officersto join our team. You will work across a variety ofhigh-profile corporate sitesin the Melbourne.

In this role, you will deliver an exceptional standard of security and customer service, always maintaining safety and professionalism. We particularly encourage applications from individuals with a strong customer service background paired with a current VIC Security License.

• Provide security services aligned with site SOPs and client requirements to protect employees, property, and assets.

• Prior experience in a concierge, hosting, or customer-facing role is highly regarded
