Job summary

BWC is seeking a skilled Loader Operator for the Keperra Quarry project in Brisbane. This long-term position offers 50+ hours per week, Monday to Friday with some Saturday work, base pay plus overtime, and fortnightly pay.

You will operate loaders in quarrying or bulk earthworks, prioritise safety, and contribute to a reliable, productive team. This Brisbane-based role provides consistent work with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Current Driver's Licence is required.
• Experience operating loaders in quarrying or bulk earthworks is preferred.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.

Loader Operator - Keperra Quarry | Brisbane

BWC is a family-owned business that has been specialising in earthmoving, transport and mining services across the civil construction industry for over 40 years. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our growing team at our Keperra Quarry project in Brisbane. This is a long-term, ongoing opportunity for an operator with experience in quarrying or large-scale bulk earthworks, ideally with high-volume loading of road trucks.

As our project continues to expand, we're looking for reliable operators who take pride in their work, value safety, and enjoy being part of a hardworking team. This is a Brisbane-based role offering consistent work and competitive pay.
