Job summary

Excelsia University College in Pennant Hills, NSW, seeks an experienced LMS Administrator to lead Moodle/Totara support and optimize the LMS for staff and students. You will manage ExO and Turnitin, train users, configure systems, and coordinate offshore support teams, ensuring quality procedures and strong stakeholder engagement.

The role requires hands-on LMS experience in higher education, a tertiary qualification, and excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on LMS administration experience (Moodle and/or Totara).
• Experience configuring, troubleshooting, reporting and providing user support for LMS.
• Experience administering and managing Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME, system owner, and first point of contact for the student LMS.
• Manage and support Excelsia's LMS (ExO and Turnitin) and train staff and students.
• Tailor LMS to online content across Schools and Departments per program requirements.
• Assist with maintaining quality procedures and forms related to LMS and student systems.
