Job summary
St Vincent's Health Australia in Gympie, QLD is seeking a Living Support Partner (Personal Care Assistant) to provide compassionate, person-centred direct care for residents. You will support daily living activities and uphold residents’ choices, routines and dignity within a household team.

Qualifications
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential
- 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience (dementia experience) highly regarded
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
- Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
