St Vincent’s Care Maroochydore, part of St Vincent’s Health Australia, invites applications for Living Support Partners (Personal Care Assistant) to join a dedicated team in a modern, lifestyle-oriented aged care service on the Sunshine Coast. You will assist residents with daily living and support their wellbeing in a respectful, compassionate environment.

Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, residential care experience, strong communication and record-keeping skills, and NDIS screening are

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications essential.
• 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience (dementia experience) highly regarded.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records.
• Understanding of Aged Care, resident rights/responsibilities with ability to follow the care plan.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Support residents' daily routines, lifestyle and choices.
• Ensure residents feel safe, valued, respected and engaged.
• Work as part of a household, supervised, within the care plan.
• Maintain professional, caring and efficient execution of duties.
