Greenmountain Food Processing in Coominya seeks an experienced feedout operator to support daily livestock feeding activities. The role involves operating tractors and feed mixers, carrying out feed distribution, and performing routine equipment checks on a 7-day rotating roster with weekend penalties.

The position requires a current driver’s licence, 2+ years in feedout or similar, and the ability to work safely around livestock and mobile plant. Sponsorship is not available for this role.

Competenze

• Current Driver’s Licence is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in feedout, feedlot, agricultural machinery or related role.
• Experience operating tractors and feed mixers or similar equipment.
• Ability to work safely around livestock and mobile plant.
• Must be able to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekends.
• Physically fit for outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and complete routine checks accurately.

• Carry out daily livestock feedout duties as required.
• Operate tractors, feed mixers and related feedout equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, mix and distribute feed as directed.
• Perform pre-start checks and basic inspections on machinery.
• Monitor equipment during operation and report defects promptly.
• Maintain feedout equipment and work areas in a clean, safe condition.
• Assist with feeding and watering checks when needed.
• Record feedout or equipment information accurately.
