Qualifications

• Must be able to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekends.
• Physically fit for outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently and complete routine checks accurately.

• Load, mix and distribute feed as directed.
• Perform pre-start checks and basic inspections on machinery.
• Monitor equipment during operation and report defects promptly.
• Maintain feedout equipment and work areas in a clean, safe condition.
• Assist with feeding and watering checks when needed.
• Record feedout or equipment information accurately.

Are you an experienced Feedout Operator or agricultural machinery operator looking for a stable livestock role? Greenmountain Food Processing is seeking an experienced operator to support daily livestock feeding activities at our Coominya operations.

• Current Driver’s Licence
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in feedout, feedlot, agricultural machinery or a closely related role
• Experience operating tractors, feed mixers or comparable agricultural equipment
• Ability to work safely around livestock and mobile plant
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including Saturdays and Sundays
• Physically fit for outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to work independently and complete routine checks accurately

About the Role

This is a practical machinery-based role supporting daily livestock feeding operations on a 7-day rotating roster. Weekend shifts are part of the normal roster, with applicable penalty rates paid for Saturday and Sunday work.
