Maddocks is seeking an Associate/Lawyer (2-5 PQE) to join the Dispute Resolution & Litigation team in Sydney. You will handle a diverse range of matters including commissions, inquiries, competition and consumer law, IP disputes and defamation, advising private and public sector clients.

You will work with leading partners, receive mentoring, and be part of a collaborative team focused on professional growth and delivering high-quality litigation work.

Qualifications

• 2-5 PQE in dispute resolution and litigation.
• Experience handling commissions, inquiries, competition and consumer law, IP disputes and defamation.
• Mentoring and collaboration in a team environment.
