Job summary

Maddocks is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Dispute Resolution & Litigation team in Sydney on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves handling a broad range of litigation matters including commissions and inquiries, competition and consumer law, IP disputes, defamation and regulatory matters, with practical advice for private and public sector clients.

Qualifications

• Significant broad litigation experience (advisory, mediation, hearings and litigation).
• Strong drafting and research skills.
• Impressive academic qualifications.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Strong negotiation skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in historic abuse claims or significant personal injury experience preferred.
