Talison Lithium Pty Ltd. in Greenbushes is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead the Processing Plant team in a high‑volume lithium operation.

The role focuses on safety, production targets, and continuous process improvement within a heavy‑industry setting. The ideal candidate has lead‑ership experience in mineral processing or mining, with a strong grasp of Permit to Work and isolation procedures, and a valid C Class Driver’s Licence.

Competenze

• Experience leading a team within mineral processing, mining, or heavy industry.
• Strong understanding of Permit to Work systems and isolation procedures.

Mansioni

• Lead the Processing team to meet production targets, optimise plant performance, minimise costs and drive continuous process improvements.
• Supervise and coordinate labour, crew allocation and training requirements across shift operations.
• Complete workplace inspections, audits and incident investigations in line with site safety systems.
• Build and maintain an inclusive culture that prioritises workplace safety and operational discipline.
