Talison Lithium Pty Ltd. invites applications for a Maintenance Manager at the Greenbushes Lithium Operation.

You will lead the maintenance function across fixed plant assets, driving reliability, safety and cost effectiveness in a residential WA site. The role requires strategic governance over planning, shutdowns and asset renewal, with a focus on asset integrity, compliance, workforce capability and alignment with production forecasts and business plans.

Qualifications

• Holds a mechanical engineering degree or trade qualification.
• Minimum 5-10 years in leadership roles within the mining, processing or heavy industry.
• A high level of knowledge of the practical application of Asset Management Systems in a fixed plant mining environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring and developing team members.

• Lead a multidisciplinary maintenance team and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee planning, governance, and budgeting for maintenance.
• Coordinate shutdowns and asset integrity programs.
