Job summary

You'll work within a collaborative framework, aligning with the college's strategic plan, delivering targeted literacy programs, and using data to drive continuous improvement in student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expert knowledge of the Victorian curriculum and literacy/numeracy across year levels.
• Ability to model high-impact teaching strategies and to support teachers in evaluating student progress.
• Proven capacity to use data to inform instruction and provide feedback to students and parents.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor staff to build capacity in evidence-based literacy and numeracy practice.
• Lead and participate in professional learning and collaborative planning with staff.
• Monitor student progress and ensuring inclusive, differentiated teaching for all learners.
• Support implementation of intervention strategies and promote HITS across the school.
