Job summary

Keysborough Secondary College, part of the Victorian Government education system, is seeking an Education and Training professional to deliver targeted literacy interventions.

You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to implement small-group and 1:1 programs, monitor progress, and contribute to the college-wide literacy framework. The role is full-time, with a focus on improving student learning outcomes and equity across cohorts.

Qualifications

• Experience with inclusion support and developing intervention programs.
• Ability to monitor achievement and growth data for students in intervention.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural competence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver small-group and 1:1 intervention for literacy and learning needs.
• Collaborate with literacy leaders to implement college-wide literacy framework.
• Monitor student progress and adjust approaches based on data and growth.
• Maintain records of participation, progress and outcomes.
• Contribute to ongoing development of intervention model at Keysborough Secondary College.
