Hazelbrook Cellars in Hazelbrook, NSW seeks an energetic Retail Store Manager to lead an established, high-performing team on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service and a diverse, evolving product range.

You will motivate and support a dedicated team, resolve issues quickly, manage cash handling, training, and licence compliance (RSA/RSAT). Proficiency with ShopFront POS, Word, Excel and Google Drive is essential; weekend and night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold RSA and RSAT licenses.
• Minimum 5 years of retail experience.
• Experience with ShopFront POS is preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Google Drive.

Responsibilities

Hazelbrook Cellars is looking for an energetic, motivated and people-focused Retail Store Manager to join our team and lead an established, high-performing store.

As Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the continued success of the store, working alongside our dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service, a diverse and always evolving range, and achieve to a high standard.

About this Role

This is ahands-on leadership rolewhere you’ll be actively involved on the shop floor, leading by example and creating genuine relationships with our customers.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, motivating and supporting a dedicated retail team
• Creating an exceptional customer experience with building strong and lasting customer relationships.
• Ensuring swift resolution to issues as they arise
• Maintaining clear, positive and affective communication across both stores
• Calculating margin and percentages.
• Cash handing
• Staying up to date with industry standards, market development and retail best practice. To drive sales and achieve store targets.
• Completing the Licensee certification
• Day to day running and future planning of the liquor store

About You

• Current RSA and RSAT
• Energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Committed to using good product knowledge to provide helpful, accurate advice to customers
• Confident communicating with customers and team members
• An ability to work independently or as a member of a team
• Demonstrates a solution-based approach to the working environment, conflict resolution and leadership.
• Organised, reliable and able to take ownership
• Confident using Microsoft word, Excel, google drive and have a sound knowledge of computing.
• In good health and is able to lift up to 20kgs repetitively
• Be willing and able to work weekends and nights until 9.30pm
• Current fork lift truck licence
• 5 years retail experience
• Knowledge of ShopFront Point Of Sale System
