Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands‑onLinux System Administrator / Engineerwith strong expertise in managing, optimizing, and maintainingRed Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)environments. The ideal candidate will have deep technical proficiency inperformance tuning,configuration management, andinfrastructure automation, along with practical exposure to large-scale, enterprise-level Linux deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintainRed Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)systems across production and non-production environments.
• Performperformance tuningof operating systems, kernels, and server hardware to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
• Manage and automate configuration management tasks usingRedHat Satellite, Puppet, and Ansible.
• Support and maintain enterprise Linux technology solutions such asCentrify, NTP, and related services.
• Conductday-to-day performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management for Linux servers.
• ImplementInfrastructure-as-Code (IaC)solutions leveraging tools such asPuppetandAnsible.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams working onvirtualization,networking devices,storage, andMicrosoft Azure environments.
• Ensure system compliance with enterprise security, operational, and performance standards.
• Participate in on-call support rotation and handle system escalations as required.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4-8 years of hands‑on experience inLinux system administration(preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux).
• Deep expertise insystem and kernel performance tuning.
• Strong working knowledge ofRedHat Satellite,Puppet, andAnsiblefor automation and configuration management.
• Experience withenterprise Linux environmentsintegrating solutions likeCentrify, NTP, and similar technologies.
• Practical understanding ofvirtualization platforms,networking fundamentals,storage systems, andcloud environments (Microsoft Azure preferred).
• Familiarity withInfrastructure-as-Codeprinciples and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)or equivalent certification.
• Exposure toDevOpsandcloud automationpractices.
• Experience working inlarge-scale enterprise environmentswith hybrid infrastructure.
