Chandler Macleod is seeking a reliable Linemarking Labourer for a Wagga Wagga project with a State Government client. The role involves preparation of vehicles and equipment, transporting crews and basic labour tasks on roadworks sites.

You must be physically fit, flexible, and able to travel away for up to 7–10 days, including occasional night work. Overtime, weekend and night shift opportunities are available, with a competitive hourly rate and allowances.

Qualifications

• Previous labouring, roadworks or civil construction experience.
• Current Traffic Control ticket (mandatory).
• Current car licence (mandatory). HR licence highly regarded, but not essential.
• Current Workers on Foot ticket (mandatory). or willing to obtain prior to commencement.
• Must live locally in the Wagga Wagga area.
• Ability to travel and work away for 7–10 days, including potential night work.
• Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work as part of a team.

Responsabilités

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Linemarking Labourer to join a project with a State Government client based in Wagga Wagga. This assignment is commencing asap, with opportunities for overtime, weekend and night work.

You will assist with vehicle and equipment preparation, transport and general labouring duties to support roadworks operations. This role will suit someone who is flexible, physically fit and comfortable travelling and working away from home for periods of up to 7–10 days at a time.

Duties

• Clean and prepare vehicles and equipment
• Drive vans to escort vehicles and support work crews
• Load trucks (forklift ticket holders)
• Transport vehicles and equipment to job sites (HR licence holders)

• Assist with the safe movement of vehicles and equipment

Skills and Experience
