Job summary

Nu-Pure Beverages in Horsley Park, NSW, is seeking motivated Line Operators to join our production team on a full-time basis. You will operate production and packaging machinery, monitor quality and help keep lines running efficiently across a rotating 12-hour day/night roster.

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will perform basic fault-finding, adjust machines, conduct quality checks, manage line changeovers, and participate in stock control and housekeeping while upholding GMP and HACCP

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing, production or packaging environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic fault‑finding skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to shift work.
• Forklift licence is desirable.
• Experience in food and beverage manufacturing and GMP knowledge is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging machinery.
• Identify, report and resolve equipment or process issues.
• Perform machine adjustments and basic fault-finding tasks.
• Conduct product quality checks and ensure packaging standards are met.
• Monitor line performance and record production data.
• Complete changeovers and assist with line maintenance.

Nu-Pure Beverages is one of Australia's largest privately owned beverage manufacturers, producing a range of bottled water and beverage products for leading retail and commercial customers nationwide.

We are currently seeking motivated and safety-focused Line Operators to join our Horsley Park production team. In this hands‑on role, you'll operate production machinery, maintain product quality standards and help ensure our manufacturing lines run efficiently.

This is a full‑time permanent position working a 7-shift fortnightly roster on rotating 12-hour day and night shifts (6:00am-6:00pm and 6:00pm-6:00am), with overtime opportunities available.

About The Role

Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Operating and monitoring production and packaging machinery
• Identifying, reporting and resolving equipment or process issues
• Conducting machine adjustments and basic fault‑finding activities
• Performing product quality checks and ensuring packaging standards are met
• Monitoring line performance and recording production data
• Completing changeovers and assisting with line maintenance activities
• Safely handling materials and finished goods
• Assisting with stock control activities, including material usage and stock takes
• Maintaining housekeeping standards across the production area
• Adhering to GMP, HACCP, food safety and quality requirements
• Following all workplace health and safety procedures and reporting hazards or incidents

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing, production or packaging environment
• Mechanical aptitude and basic fault‑finding skills
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• The ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to work independently and take initiative when required
• Physically fit and capable of working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• A current Forklift Licence (desirable)
• Experience within the food and beverage manufacturing industry (highly regarded)
• Knowledge of GMP and food safety requirements (highly regarded)
• A willingness to participate in shift work
