Beerenberg Pty Ltd in Adelaide Hills is seeking a committed Line Cook to join our busy, full-service café. Based in Hahndorf, you’ll bring speed, precision and a calm head to every service, from eggs to brunch favourites.

You’ll own your station, prep and stock for smooth services, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation. Beerenberg values teamwork, reliability and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Line Cook or similar role in high-volume breakfast/brunch environments.
• Ability to work quickly with accuracy during busy services.
• Strong understanding of food safety and presentation standards.

Now, for your own ingredients list. You’ll be the right person for this role if you:

• Have previous experience as a Line Cook, Cook or similar role, preferably within a high-volume breakfast, brunch or café environment.
• Thrive in a fast-paced kitchen and can manage multiple tickets while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Have strong short-order cooking skills and confidence preparing breakfast and brunch favourites under pressure.
• Understand food safety, hygiene, quality and WHS requirements and consistently put them into practice.
• Are reliable, organised and ready for early morning starts.
• Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to jump in wherever needed to support the team.
• Communicate well with others and enjoy working collaboratively in a busy hospitality environment.
• Are available to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
• Love providing great food and even better guest experiences.
