Beerenberg Pty Ltd, a storied Australian brand, is seeking a Digital & E-commerce Manager to lead its online store transformation and growth. You will drive ecommerce initiatives, manage partners, and shape the customer journey from first click to checkout, ensuring exceptional experience and outcomes.

The role sits within the Marketing team and requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong collaboration with internal and external partners to deliver measurable results for

Qualifications

• Proven ecommerce operator with online sales growth experience.
• Strong Shopify expertise and online store optimization.
• Excellent project management with multiple stakeholders.
• Solid digital marketing knowledge including lifecycle & retention.
• Data-driven decision making with dashboards and insights.
• Experience managing external partners and agencies.
• Experience coordinating with 3PL/fulfillment for seamless delivery.

As a key member of our Marketing team, you'll have the opportunity to lead a major online store transformation, drive ecommerce growth, manage agency and partner relationships, and help create exceptional customer experiences from the first click to the final delivery.

• You'll uncover digital gold, using reporting, dashboards and data insights to identify growth opportunities and optimise performance across every stage of the customer journey.

• You'll help build what's next, developing the systems, processes and capabilities needed to support Beerenberg's future growth ambitions.

• You're a proven ecommerce operator, with experience growing online sales, improving customer experiences and turning opportunities into measurable results.
• You know Shopify like the back of your hand and understand what separates a good online store from a truly exceptional one.
• You're a project management pro, confidently leading complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers and competing priorities.
• Digital marketing is second nature to you, with a solid understanding of customer acquisition, lifecycle marketing, retention strategies and customer journey optimisation.
• You know how to get the best from external partners, building strong relationships with agencies and suppliers while keeping them accountable for delivering results.
• You're commercially minded and data-driven, with the ability to transform numbers, insights and trends into meaningful actions.
• You understand the importance of seamless fulfilment, with experience working alongside outsourced logistics or 3PL partners to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
• You thrive during periods of growth and change, seeing transformation as an opportunity rather than a challenge.
• You click with people naturally, building trusted relationships across teams, departments and external partners through clear and authentic communication.
• You're equally comfortable thinking strategically and getting hands-on, rolling up your sleeves when needed to get the job done.
