Qualifications

• Keep breakfast service humming, preparing and plating high-volume breakfast and brunch favourites with speed, consistency and care.
• Own your station, prep, stock and organise for a smooth service.
• Thrive in the rush, manage multiple orders while maintaining quality and timing.
• Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure meals reach guests as intended.
• Champion food safety and hygiene, maintain stock rotation and cleanliness.
• Support stock control and general kitchen operations daily.
