Job summary

Uniting NSW & ACT is seeking a casual Registered Nurse to join the Lillian Wells dementia care team in Sydney. You will provide person-centred clinical care and work across shifts with weekday availability.

As a nurse with current AHPRA registration, you will lead assessments, develop care plans, and support residents’ goals while collaborating with families and the broader health team. This role values flexibility and compassion, with ongoing training and strong teamwork in a dedicated aged

• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
• A calm, compassionate and resilient nurse who can build trust with people living with dementia.
• Committed to delivering person-centred care that preserves dignity and independence.
• Able to adapt to changing situations and support residents with complex needs.
• New graduates and nurses transitioning from other settings are encouraged to apply.
