Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a current Australian driver’s licence.
• Electrical trade license or relevant trade certification.
• Previous experience within the Lift industry is required.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine service and maintenance in accordance with procedures and safety standards.
• Attend lift breakdowns promptly and carry out necessary repairs.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to uphold service quality.
• Complete service reports, Job Hazard Forms, and track service activities accurately.
• Identify and recommend upgrade opportunities that may attract incentive payments for technicians.
